Shipping fees are calculated based on the package weight and the destination.
For example, if you order a dress, it will need 1-2 business days of processing time and 8-14 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you are expected to receive it in 10-18 business days.

Factors Beyond Our Control: Actual delivery times may be subject to factors outside of our direct control, including but not limited to:
Customs Clearance: Delays caused by local customs inspections, import processing, or regulatory requirements in the destination country.
Carrier Issues: Disruptions in the carrier’s network, peak season backlogs, or labor strikes.
Force Majeure: Adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or unexpected public health emergencies.
Customer Responsibility: It is the recipient's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information and cooperate with local customs or carriers if additional information or duty payment is required. Frewish is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete addresses or the recipient’s inability to clear customs.
TAXES & DUTIES
For most countries, you do not need to pay for importing fees, duties, or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for Canada and some European countries such as Germany, Italy and UK), you may need to pay duties or VAT according to the corresponding levying rules.
We offer international shipping for most destinations of the world. The standard shipping will take 10 to 17 business days with extra 1 to 2 business days of processing time for every order. If you have any further questions, please contact us.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
If you do not receive this email within 5 days of placing your order, please check your Spam/Junk folder or contact us at info@frewish.com.
