• Sale Items

  A selection of our products is on sale, meaning these items are in stock and ready to be shipped. They usually take less than 24 hours to process before shipping. These items include Final Sale Items, Flash Sale Items, and any item marked “Sale” on the product details page.

• Handmade / Made-to-Order Items:

  To ensure exceptional quality and craftsmanship, some of our artisan pieces are made specifically for you. Please allow 14–21 business days for production before shipping. Note: If you choose Express Shipping, we will prioritize your production queue (usually shortening production time to 1-3 days).

We offer Free Standard Shipping if your order meets ONE of the following conditions:

• Total order value is $89.00 or more.

• OR You purchase 2 or more items (regardless of price).

Shipping fees are calculated based on the package weight and the destination.

For example, if you order a dress, it will need 1-2 business days of processing time and 8-14 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you are expected to receive it in 10-18 business days.

Shipping Liability & Delay Disclaimer

Note on Delivery Estimates: While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, please understand that these dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Frewish shall not be held liable for any delays occurring after the order has been handed over to our third-party logistics partners.

Factors Beyond Our Control: Actual delivery times may be subject to factors outside of our direct control, including but not limited to:

Customs Clearance: Delays caused by local customs inspections, import processing, or regulatory requirements in the destination country.

Carrier Issues: Disruptions in the carrier’s network, peak season backlogs, or labor strikes.

Force Majeure: Adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or unexpected public health emergencies.

Customer Responsibility: It is the recipient's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information and cooperate with local customs or carriers if additional information or duty payment is required. Frewish is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete addresses or the recipient’s inability to clear customs.

TAXES & DUTIES

For most countries, you do not need to pay for importing fees, duties, or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for Canada and some European countries such as Germany, Italy and UK), you may need to pay duties or VAT according to the corresponding levying rules.

We offer international shipping for most destinations of the world. The standard shipping will take 10 to 17 business days with extra 1 to 2 business days of processing time for every order. If you have any further questions, please contact us.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

If you do not receive this email within 5 days of placing your order, please check your Spam/Junk folder or contact us at info@frewish.com.

DELIVERY ISSUES

• Wrong Address: We are not responsible for lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

• Delays: While we strive to deliver on time, carriers may experience delays due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or high package volumes during the holiday season. We appreciate your patience.

At Frewish, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn't quite right, we are here to help.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

• Standard Orders: We accept cancellations for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed.

• Custom/Made-to-Order Items (SHOES): Please note that all our shoes are custom-made upon order. The production cycle takes 7-15 business days before shipping.

  • You may cancel a shoe order within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, your order enters the production line and cannot be cancelled, as the materials have already been cut and prepared specifically for you.

• How to Cancel: Email us immediately at info@frewish.com with your order number and "CANCEL" in the subject line.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• Tags & Packaging: All original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.

• Hygiene: Garments that appear worn, or have makeup, deodorant stains, or perfume scents will be rejected.

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

• Quality Issues (Defects/Wrong Item): If you received a defective item or the wrong product, frewish will cover the return shipping cost or send a replacement free of charge.

• Non-Quality Issues (Size/Preference): If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., ordered wrong size, changed mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• All shoes are custom-made (handcrafted to order) and are non-returnable unless there is a quality defect. Please check your size carefully before ordering.

• SALE & Clearance Items: All discounted products (indicated by a discount badge/tag in the top-right corner of the product image) and items marked as "Final Sale".

• Promotional Items: Promotional add-ons, free gifts, or mystery box items.

• Intimate Apparel: Bodysuits, swimwear, and other intimate items for hygiene reasons.

• Damaged / Altered Items: Items damaged by customer usage, improper washing, or unauthorized alterations.

5. Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee (calculated from the original selling price) will be applied to returned items in the following categories:

• Dresses & Gowns

• Jumpsuits & Two-Piece Sets

• Sweaters & Outerwear

• Pants & Shoes

Why do we charge a restocking fee? To deliver high-quality fashion at accessible prices while reducing environmental waste, most frewish products are made-to-order. As a result, we are unable to accommodate "buy-many-keep-one" (bracketing) purchases.

Any applicable restocking fees will be automatically deducted from your total refund amount. To ensure the perfect fit and avoid these fees, we strongly recommend reviewing our Size Guide before placing your order.

6. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please do not send your return to the address on the original package. That is the logistics carrier's warehouse and they cannot process returns.

• Step 1: Contact Us Email info@frewish.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. Please put "RETURN" in the email subject line.

• Step 2: Get Approval & Address Our customer service team will review your request within 24 hours. If approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

• Step 3: Ship It Back Pack the item securely and ship it back within 7 days of receiving the instructions. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

7. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

• Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse (usually within 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Refund Processing: If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process the funds.

• Exchanges: If you need a different size, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a separate order for the new item.

8. DELIVERY ISSUES

Frewish is not responsible for failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address, missing apartment number). Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
