2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
The total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

In-Stock Items:
Generally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Handmade / Made-to-Order Items:
To ensure exceptional quality and craftsmanship, some of our artisan pieces are made specifically for you. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production before shipping. Note: If you choose Express Shipping, we will prioritize your production queue (usually shortening production time to 1-3 days).

Out of Stock:
If an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you immediately via email with the best available options (wait, replace, or refund).

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

6. DELIVERY ISSUES

Wrong Address: We are not responsible for lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

Delays: While we strive to deliver on time, carriers may experience delays due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or high package volumes during the holiday season. We appreciate your patience.
Returns & Refunds
At FREWISH, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn't quite right, we are here to help.
1. CANCELLATION POLICY

Standard Orders: We accept cancellations for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed.

Custom/Made-to-Order Items (SHOES): Please note that all our shoes are custom-made upon order. The production cycle takes 7-15 business days before shipping.

You may cancel a shoe order within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, your order enters the production line and cannot be cancelled, as the materials have already been cut and prepared specifically for you.

How to Cancel: Email us immediately at info@frewish.com with your order number and "CANCEL" in the subject line.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Tags & Packaging: All original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.

Hygiene: Garments that appear worn, or have makeup, deodorant stains, or perfume scents will be rejected.
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Quality Issues (Defects/Wrong Item): If you received a defective item or the wrong product, frewish will cover the return shipping cost or send a replacement free of charge.

Non-Quality Issues (Size/Preference): If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., ordered wrong size, changed mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

SHOES: All shoes are custom-made (handcrafted to order) and are non-returnable unless there is a quality defect. Please check your size carefully before ordering.

Clearance or "Final Sale" marked items.

Promotional add-ons, gifts, or mystery box items.
-
Intimate apparel (bodysuits, swimwear) for hygiene reasons.
-
Items damaged by customer usage, improper washing, or alteration.
5. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please do not send your return to the address on the original package. That is the logistics carrier's warehouse and they cannot process returns.

Step 1: Contact Us Email info@frewish.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. Please put "RETURN" in the email subject line.

Step 2: Get Approval & Address Our customer service team will review your request within 24 hours. If approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

Step 3: Ship It Back Pack the item securely and ship it back within 7 days of receiving the instructions. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
6. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse (usually within 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing: If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process the funds.

Exchanges: If you need a different size, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a separate order for the new item.
7. DELIVERY ISSUES
FREWISH is not responsible for failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address, missing apartment number). Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
